It is said that 80-90% of the things we fear do not happen in reality. Because when we think negatively, we tend to think more and more pessimistically. The human mind creates the worst scenarios.
Good habits and bad habits. All of us have them. We are all aware of the fact that we have to do something but it is very difficult to change and accept them.
There are days in which nothing is working. There is nothing working at all. You try hardly to build something up but without any success.
There is no use in looking back to the past, because nothing steals you more energy than regrets.
I always tried new and new beginnings. Every path I took had at a certain time point also another change I initially had not expected. I walked and walked again but I always searched for a path, which I could still follow. Because this path was “blocked” I had always to take continuous decisions, to adapt myself to a change and another change, which happened suddenly and unexpectedly changed my course of life.
Within many ways of living you try to adapt again and again. You take a facet of already existent things and try to polish it. You try to adapt it to what you like to do and what you want to obtain.
There are moments in which we feel upside down. We cannot take us together. You feel chaotically, you do not know where to start, where your place is.
Habits are rather “small“ but efficient changes in our lives. We will be also confronted with some situations, which require greater changes. Even if it is not comfortable for us we are forced to make the one or other decision.
