To have a walk in the parc, to lay down on the grass, make us feel good.
But how much time is necessary to de-stress us?
Researches from Michigan University have calculated good timing: 20 minutes is sufficient to free yourself from stress.
Therefore, they have measured the cortisol level, which was collected from the saliva of the participants, who were invited to spend their time in nature.
Their rate of “stress hormones” has diminished significantly after a 20 minutes experience spent in nature.
So, everyone goes out into nature!
