You feel tense
Let yourself be guided without thinking.
1. Standing, legs slightly apart, close your eyes. Leave your arms dangling, as if they were “empty”.
2. Imagine that a string, hooked to the back of each hand, is pulled very slowly by a superior force, and your arms rise up on their own. Take your time: imagine! You will first feel a kind of “floating” in your arms and hands. You will then feel a very slight movement beyond your control. Do not be afraid! Your arms will rise 1cm, 5cm, 10cm… It doesn’t matter how high the movement is. The goal is to experience this very special sensation.
3. Let your arms drop. Open your eyes. Breathe deeply.
