Be Zen exercise feverish

You feel feverish

Voice work is one of the fastest ways to achieve complete physical well-being. Do this set ten times.

1. Standing, legs slightly apart, well supported on your feet, arms dangling, close your eyes. Begin a slow, deep and “circular” breath: there should be no pause between inspiration and expiration, nor between expiration and inspiration.

2. On the exhale, without forcing, sing “A” making the sound which, for you, will be the most natural possible, by relaxing the lower jaw well.

3. When you have found your sound, sing each of these syllables on each exhale, for the duration of the exhale: MA-ME-MI-MO-MU-ME-MOU.
