How to jog better

Reading some papers on psychology I discovered an interesting fact for people who jog regularly.

I think you also heard from other people, who jog regularly, that you will jog better if you focus on your breath. At least this was my case when I tried to practice some sports…

But according to a study by Schücker and colleagues, you will perform much better, if you focus on your environment while jogging. That means when you will turn your next round in the park, try to admire the nature, which surrounds you.

Maybe this motivates me also to give jogging another try… maybe this time I will have more success…who knows…
