What are your mental habits?
When we repeat day by day the same kind of actions after a period of 90 days our brain will consider them as habits and will not use supplementary energy when effectuating them. These actions work as habits under autopilot. The brain capacity is open to new challenges.
This is the reason why many successful people have a well-established set of habits like:

- Weak up early in the morning
