I’m Andra.
I’m interested in one question:
What helps people and organizations function—and thrive—better?
I’m a Work & Organizational Psychologist, coach, trainer and author.
My work sits at the intersection of psychology, human behavior, work, technology and personal development.
Over the years, I’ve worked on questions involving workplace health, stress, organizational behavior, leadership, employee experience, digital behavior and learning.
I’ve also created online courses and written books and educational resources that make psychological knowledge accessible beyond traditional academic settings.
Psychology should be useful.
I love research.
But I don’t believe knowledge should stay inside academic papers.
The most interesting part begins when we ask:
What does this mean for a real person?
What does this mean for a manager?
What does this mean for an organization?
And what can we actually do differently because we understand it?
That’s the space I work in.
My perspective
Psychology
Understanding human behavior, motivation, stress and wellbeing.
Organizations
Understanding how systems, leadership and working conditions affect people.
Data
Using evidence to identify patterns rather than relying only on assumptions.
Technology
Exploring how AI, digital environments and new ways of working are changing human behavior.
Learning
Turning complex ideas into practical resources people can actually use.
What I create
Courses
Online learning for people who want to develop practical skills and understanding.
Books
Long-form exploration of psychology, human behavior and personal development.
Coaching
Personalized support for people navigating change, decisions and development.
Consulting
Psychology-based support for organizations dealing with people, performance and workplace challenges.
Research
Qualitative and quantitative approaches to understanding people and systems.
If you’re curious, we’re probably going to get along.
I believe in asking better questions.
I believe that complexity is worth understanding.
And I believe that meaningful change starts with seeing what is actually happening.
