Repair Red Light for Better Sleep
After a day of exposure to the blue rays of the screens, our brain, “polluted” by this hyperstimulation, struggles to sleep.
Drawing inspiration from numerous scientific studies and the work of NASA, a Saint-Etienne company has developed an entirely natural means of compensating for these harmful effects: pure red light, present in the rays of the sun, which regulates biological rhythm. Already offered in self-service to employees of large French companies, the red light diffuser is now available to everyone: the small box that you place at your bedside when you go to bed illuminates the room with 630 nanometers of pure red for twenty- eight minutes, gradually lowering the intensity, to “depollute” our brain activity and accompany us in our first sleep.
