You feel an inner tension
This facial relaxation exercise is effective… when it’s over your head!
1. Frown your eyebrows, then raise them as high as possible. Repeat until you feel your forehead relaxed.
2. With your mouth closed, lightly press your tongue against the back of your upper incisors until your jaws loosen. Release the lower jaw and smile.
3. Then purse your lips, and smile again. Repeat two or three times.
4. Become aware of the feeling of relaxation of the forehead, jaws and facial muscles.
