Writing is not one of my strengths. The first time I have discovered this, I was in primary school when in 3rd grade we had to write an essay for the first time. According to Wikipedia gratitude is defined as “thankfulness, or gratefulness, from the Latin word gratus ‘pleasing, thankful’ and is a feeling of appreciation felt by and/or similar positive response shown by the recipient of kindness, gifts, help, favors, or other types of generosity, towards the giver of such gifts.”
When we repeat day by day the same kind of actions after a period of 90 days our brain will consider them as habits and will not use supplementary energy when effectuating them. These actions work as habits under autopilot. The brain capacity is open to new challenges.
