We all want to be happy. We all strive to be happy. But many of us are not aware of what makes us happy at all.

According to Wikipedia “Intelligence has been defined in many ways: the capacity for logic, understanding, self-awareness, learning, emotional knowledge, reasoning, planning, creativity, critical thinking, and problem solving. More generally, it can be described as the ability to perceive or infer information, and to retain it as knowledge to be applied towards adaptive behaviors within an environment or context.”

What is the conversation? According to an online Oxford definition, it is “a talk, especially an informal one, between two or more people, in which news and ideas are exchanged.”

As far as I know myself I enjoyed sleeping out long in the morning. In my childhood, I expected vacation time eagerly to be able to sleep until 11 a.m. or even until noon. The years have gone and when I wake up nowadays it is up to 8-8.30 a.m. I step out of bed. Still, I am not content with that score (even if it is a change from 11 a.m. to 8 a.m.), because I want to use more time of the day for doing activities productively. So I set myself a 30 days challenge to wake up at least 30 minutes earlier in the morning and to add to this time progressively in the next period of time. This is one of the challenges I proposed to myself for the close future.

Having a look at Youtube to listen to some new music I discover another genre of music, which enjoys great popularity nowadays. I talk here about the music that improves concentration and helps you learning, which consists merely of classical music or binaural waves. But is it true that music makes learning easier?

The winter holidays are coming closer, it is mid of December and many people are planning to spend their Christmas days and New Year’s Eve in a different place then they are the whole year. Some even argue that if New Year finds you at home, you will also spend your whole year there. So they want to avoid this totally.

What would I do differently, if I was the person XY? How would I live? How would I behave? How think or feel?
I am sure, that you have put yourself at least one of these questions once.

I think no one likes to be criticized. And I think it is a natural reaction to feel bad, ashamed or even angry when you feel that you are attacked verbally. But criticism has also positive sides and in this post, I want to discuss how to deal with it in a constructive way and what you can learn from critical opinions.
